Adults- $125
Puppies 8 weeks-6 months- $175
Fees cover spay/neuter (if dog is 6 months of age or older), current vaccinations, heart worm test, parasite medication, transport to rescue and temperament test.

KENDRIC
Kendric is a 3 year old male American Bulldog mix. He was rescued from a high kill facility in NYC that euthanizes due to over crowding. This handsome guy is a TOTAL love. He loves to give hugs and kisses to everyone he meets. Kendric is playful, and loves to run but is not hyper and crazy. He is very mellow and just as happy to be cuddling right by your side. He loves toys, especially anything that is a challenge and keeps him busy. He knows how to sit, and comes when called. Kendric is up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative housebroken and neutered. He weighs about 45-50 pounds. Kendric would prefer to be an only dog, as calm as he is, he does not like to have other dogs jumping and climbing all over him. A home with breed experience is recommended.

Kaia is a super sweet playful female Husky mix. This pretty girl was a former farm dog who was no longer wanted. We do not know much about her past (it even appears as though she has had an ear cut off or bit off!) but despite her poor past, Kaia has nothing but love to give. She is great with kids and other dogs. Since she has always lived on a farm she may do best on another one or in a country home rather than the city or in an apartment. Kaia will be spayed prior to adoption.

Some say its a face only a mother could love, however everyone who meets Ms. Maggie instantly loves her! Sweet Maggie is a 2 year old Boxer/Lab/Great Dane mix. Maggie is a wonderful dog, she is very easy going and loves attention. Her toothy expression makes you smile and laugh. She would do very well with a family or a single person. Any home would work well for her! (Especially one with a comfy couch as she thinks she is a lap dog!) She plays very well with other dogs and does just fine with cats. Maggie is spayed, up to date on shots and heart worm negative. She weighs about 70 pounds.

Hayden is a 1 year old male retriever mix. Chocolate colored handsome Hayden was rescued in Alabama after he was found running in and out of traffic trying to get to safety. He was eager to be rescued and jumped right in someones car. Hayden is incredibly sweet and loves to be in your lap getting some love. He is a mellow dog who walks well on a leash and gets along with other dogs(females). He is up to date on shots, heart worm negative and neutered.

Tango requires the usual daily exercise of a walk and playtime. She is a sweet dog who knows how to sit, and likes to be by your side. Tango does very well with children (12 and up due to her energy level). She would love nothing more than to be a family dog. Tango is spayed, heart worm negative and up to date on vaccinations.

Meet Rae, the sweetest girl ever for having a poor start in life! Originially sold in a walmart parking lot in Alabama as a puppy, her "adopter" never got her spayed and let her roam free. She then got pregnant, so the "adopter" took her and her pups to a kill shelter. All were quickly rescued and sweet Rae was sent to Second Chance (along with 2 of her puppies who have since found homes) where she will get just that. Rae is a beautiful dog who even "smiles". Gets along great with kids and other dogs, walks well on a leash and is just so friendly! She loves people and loves to be cuddled and just snuggled right in your lap. She is about 1-2 years old, weighs about 45 pounds, is spayed, and up to date on shots.
